Girls to Grow

AFCC IS NOW OFFERRING:
Girls Getting to Grow (G2G) Program

  • For all girls ages 12-18
  • Helps with self-esteem & confidence
  • Ways to handle bullying
  • Learn decision making skills
  • Mange self-harm
  • Empowerment

Girls Getting to Grow (G2G) Program is devoted to the emotional and social wellbeing of all teenage girls ages 12-18.  With Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, implemented in a group setting, the girls will learn how to regulate their emotions including anxiety and depression, develop healthy coping skills to avoid self-harm behaviors and learn decision-making skills.

Teenage girls can struggle with identifying with their peers, are heavily influenced by the media and continuously ask themselves, “Who am I?” and “Where do I fit in?” G2G addresses and focuses on these answers so the girls can find empowerment to flourish and reach their full potential.

Please call 770-513-8988 to schedule an orientation into the G2G Program.
